Brief
To design, manage, promote and deliver a new international trade development programme for half the area of Scotland.

Key Tasks
To develop a framework programme, sell this to the many area offices, agree the actual programme of events and timings, and deliver the programme. SMas created the programme of events, based on expertise and knowledge. The programme was geared towards new and experienced exporters. SMas recruited presenters, promoted each event, provided project management services at each event, and evaluated each event.

Outcomes
24 workshops were delivered across the Highlands and Islands over a six month period. 338 delegates attended these workshops. The key target companies were regular attendees. This contract has been extended.
