Key Tasks
In conjunction with management, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each team member, in relation to their export skills and abilities. With close consideration given to the company’s objectives for exporting, develop a training and development plan for each member of staff.
Outcomes
Each member of staff in the export department now has a formal development plan, which is recognised by the company, and is currently being implemented.
