A local entrepreneur is proposing to build a very modern, design-led office development at a seashore location in Dunoon, which will be geared towards business start ups and established small enterprises. The proposal is to include 12 modern office suites with uninterrupted views of the sea, with telephone lines and broadband, available to lease on a month to month basis. There will also be a manned reception, meeting rooms with A/V equipment, social space, a kitchen and toilets. Various entry levels will be available, from a virtual office and hot desking, to the rental of fixed office space and various business support packages. 2 very basic examples are given below:
Example 1
A tradesman chooses a virtual office, where the receptionist handles his/her enquiries (allowing him/her to get on with work), and he/she also uses the prestigious centre for their business address.
Example 2
A small start up business operating in the services sector rents office space on a month to month basis, and utilises an admin support package from the centre - so that they are only paying for admin support when they need it.
